I stayed at the hotel as part of a group, which is the third time I have been to the place. I have also previously written a very positive review out of appreciation for the service and atmosphere. Unfortunately, this time I was disappointed. We were promised a room upgrade in advance, but in reality this did not happen, nor did we receive an update or sufficient attention on the subject. The attitude was inappropriate - we were told by the receptionist - this is what it is, if you want you can leave. Offensive and unprofessional attitude

The best value boutique hotel we've ever stayed in, in every sense. From the inviting entrance, the attentive staff, the clean and well-appointed rooms, a wonderfully rich, meticulous and aesthetic breakfast, and when you open the window in the room, you feel like you're in Europe. Already in the first hour here, you'll be thinking about when to return and how to make sure everyone you love gets to know this wonderful, peaceful and quiet place. We'll definitely be back and thank Mickey, the manager, who took care of beautiful, high rooms facing the garden, old trees and birds, and all at such an affordable price...Thank you from the Arbel family ♥️

The room was lovely, and at our request, was not street facing, so that even on Friday night, it was quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the little extras - the robe and slippers, the chocolate - gave a pampered feeling. The location is unbeatable with restaurants and bars and coffee shops all arount, walking distance to the Bahai Gardens, close to the waterfront, and an overall great experience.
