Lovely and cozy place. Central. Really nice garden. Large rooms. Atmosphere. Nice breakfast, but not excessive.

A charming hotel in a great location. The rooms are old-fashioned, but that's definitely part of the charm of the place. The room was clean and shiny and the staff was very kind and helpful. Even though the (central) air conditioner wasn't working, and it was a hot day, the room was very cozy, due to the very thick walls, as befits an ancient palace. We really enjoyed the quiet and the magical garden. We chose a room with a garden view, so we got to start the morning with clear mountain air, seasoned with the pastoral chirping of birds. It's unbelievable that it's right in the city center. There are only a few parking spaces. Thanks to the perfect location, we didn't move the car during our stay. The only drawback we found was the lack of an elevator, so we had to climb the royal stairs every time. We enjoyed it and we plan to come again.

A completely unknown spot not far from Jerusalem's Old City, a haven of peace. A magnificent garden nestled within the large patio of the Sergei Palace Hotel. The food is good. I would have liked more choice, but it remains a very pleasant place to relax after a day of sightseeing in the Old City.

A beautifully renovated hotel in a historic building. There is indoor parking in the hotel courtyard but it is very limited on site. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable. The treatment was extremely kind. Excellent location, just a short walk to the Mahane Yehuda Market and the Old City. Definitely a place to return to.

This gem accommodation is the perfect place for a stay in the city. It is well located, in walking distance from restaurants and the Old City. While the breakfast is not the huge Israeli breakfast offered in big hotels, it is more than adequate. Be sure to leave some time to enjoy the beautiful inside garden.
