The Ueno branch of Japan's most famous gay sauna chain runs ten floors plus a rooftop sun deck: a big bath level with dry, mist and steam saunas, video and mix rooms, dorms and private rooms, a restaurant with karaoke, tanning, and — unique in the chain — a free 40-tatami training gym. The crowd officially skews stocky, muscular and bear.

Practical: open 24 hours, 365 days. Entry ¥3,300 by day (5:00–21:00) or ¥3,900 at night; weekday 'Short 6' ¥2,900; overnight private A-rooms include free draft beer. Credit cards and QR payment accepted, foreign visitors admitted (English pages on the official site; carry your passport).
