Very Poor experience, claims to be 5 stars but is really a 1

The worst hotel Ive ever stayed at. Bathroom leaks water everywhere and is moldy. Extremely dusty and dirty inside and upkeep is disappointing. Not sure what the hype is about because I was expecting to at least be treated to cleanliness and kindness.

The hotel staff is very professional and courteous and professional

Very disappointing experience for a hotel that claims 5-star standards. The Sichuan Restaurant inside the hotel had disorganized service, staff provided incorrect information, delivered food to the wrong table, and behaved unprofessionally. We witnessed staff using phones while serving guests, vaping behind the cashier counter, and even eating at a guest table in uniform. This experience left a negative impression of the hotel overall.

Filthy dirty, cramped room, underwhelming hotel and service overall. I had originally booked a few nights at the Ulaanbaatar hotel after I heard they had done renovations but only stayed one night. They were still doing construction in the hotel rooms and corridor, the work was half finished, it was all very dusty, dirty. No consideration for their guests, not even a warning about the situation. Manager Anwar Bakr needs to learn to do his job. I went to Shangri La instead. To avoid at any cost.

The main event hall was wonderful, with a spacious and elegant atmosphere. My personal favorite area was actually the bathroom section in the back :) It had a unique cave-like design with beautiful lighting and a clean, calming atmosphere that stood out to me.

I stayed here when I was in Ulaanbaatar. It's a historic hotel. The room seemed to have been renovated, and it was modern and easy to use. The bed was large, and the springs were good, allowing me to rest comfortably. Toothbrushes and combs were provided in the room. Bathrobes were also available. The corridors were wide and bright. Its location in the city center made it convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. On my departure day, I had an early morning flight, but they packed a bento box for me, which was very helpful. Thank you very much.

I was satisfied with the cleanliness and size of the room, and the breakfast at the restaurant. The location is also excellent for sightseeing, being close to Sukhbaatar Square. However, I was dissatisfied with the service. - When I called the front desk to request a replacement for the remote control battery, I was ignored for an hour. When I called again, they simply said, "Oh, sorry." - I requested a breakfast box from the front desk for an early morning check-out, which they agreed to, but at check-out, they said, "Sorry, it wasn't prepared due to a kitchen error." It was disappointing.
