Peter and Mike were excellent hosts. Very knowledgable of area and attractions. Beautifully appointed rooms, lovely backyard for suntanning, beautiful Spa.. Would highly recommend this property.

Highly recommended. On a visit to Rotorua I stayed at Guysers for 4 nights early December 2024. The two hosts are very hospitable and have a great knowledge of the area. The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms of a high standard. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. From my perspective better than staying at a hotel as visitors receive more personal service and interaction with the hosts is professional and well balanced. I enjoyed the privacy of the property along with the company of the hosts and another guest who share the same ethos. The garden is beautiful with good seating. The time I spent at Guysers the good weather meant full advantage of the outdoor area could be enjoyed along with the spa. The breakfast is generous. The location is close to central Rotorua, within walking distance and close to many of the attractions. Off street parking is available if required.

Our first visit to Guysers, but we will definitely be back. Mike and Peter are ideal hosts, very helpful and agreeable, making us very welcome in their home: the rules are few, reasonable and clear. The facilities are all we could ask and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is generous.

Just had the best 2 stay at Guysers, Rotorua. My room opened out onto the spa pool, which I used daily. Everything and everywhere in the home is super clean, organised and tidy. The breakfasts are a sumptuous, healthy and beautifully cooked. I so enjoyed my stay with these guys who are so knowledgeable about the area and so helpful. Thank you Mike and Peter for your friendship, generosity and care. See you again, soon. 💜
