Pros: The staff are nice. They have a doorman/security guard who opens the door for you every time you come or go. Hot water with good pressure and cold ac. Daily house keeping. They also provide tooth paste, tooth brush, shampoo, and soap. Walkable to restaurants and grocery store. They also have a free water dispenser that has cold and hot water. Cold fridge. WiFi is decent enough to work. Video calls may lag some. Cons: They ask for 1000 peso deposit in cash. Room shows some wear, but not bad. If you book a single room they only give you one towel and pillow and will charge you a daily rate for another. Chairs are hard if you work remotely and have to sit for hours. No gym. Also, the hotel has hard water so if you have sensitive skin you may feel itchy.

I stayed there for two days and found it so comfortable that I decided to stay two more. Although it's a little far from the city center, it's in a very quiet location and is close to the IT park, so I didn't feel inconvenienced. This was the best value for money hotel I stayed at in the Philippines. The room was modern and even had a refrigerator for the price, and there was hot and cold water in the common areas. The hot showers were great. The sheets and duvet were replaced with clean new ones every day. Unfortunately, the window with a great view doesn't open for security reasons, but that helps keep the room dry, which is good and bad. This means that laundry dries quickly. The Wi-Fi sometimes cut out, but it wasn't unusable. Above all, the hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. 24-hour security guards make it safe. This is definitely a hotel I would recommend for a hotel in its price range!

Don't book with this hotel, they're scammers. I made a reservation directly on the hotel's website and then, due to a change of plans, we decided to cancel it. Their website doesn't mention any cancellation fees until 5 days before. When they canceled my reservation, they told me they would keep 10% of the total amount, even though this isn't mentioned anywhere. Don't fall into the trap of booking with this hotel.

The hotel offers great value for money with clean rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent location. The only drawback is that noise from outside or neighboring rooms can be easily heard.

I spent there about a week. And I would definitely Reccomend this place. The people who work there are the nicest. They have a café on the first floor, which offers you 10% discount for breakfasts. Every time they open the door for you, greet you and smile. The room is pretty big, clean, they have everything you need. They even have the services like tours, massages, rides etc. Huge plus for me was a refrigerator, so I can save some money on cafes and store my food there. Sometimes the roommates were loud at night but if you ask them to be quiet nicely they’ll listen.😁 I extended my stay like 3-4 times lol.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience. Furthermore, the guards and all hotel employees are courteous and respectful. ​Everything about our stay was wonderful. The property is situated in a quiet residential area, set back from the main road. The entire place is well-maintained and exceptionally clean. You can easily dine at a restaurant located beside the hotel. ​This is a highly recommended place if you are looking for peace of mind during your trip.

I stayed here for 3 months and the experience was very disappointing. The hotel has too many unnecessary and complicated rules (like not allowing parking for monthly renters). They constantly disturb guests and sometimes even threaten to kick them out. The rooms are full of ants and insects, and there are strong unpleasant odors in the bathrooms. Every small service, even the simplest, requires extra payment, and management often changes their words, blaming “CCTV review” as an excuse. There is also no privacy – housekeeping records videos while cleaning the rooms, which is unacceptable. Overall, this place lacks cleanliness, honesty, and respect for guests’ privacy. I do not recommend it, especially for long-term stays.

Nice place to stay, staff was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are clean. Situated in a quiet area and out of earshot from the busy roads. Can grab a bite to eat at nearby stores or at the cafe they have downstairs.
