REF 8424507 - We booked and paid, and then they cancel our room. Either you have it or you don't! Nowadays, you can no longer be sure of getting anything even if you pay, and if you do pay, it's easy for them not to even refund you! Or at 60/90/120.

The staff here was amazing from the second we got here. The answered all our questions and they were super nice to our group. I highly recommend the beachfront view 100000% you won’t regret it. Definitely coming back here 🙏

INCREDIBLE!!!! INCREDIBLE!!!! I had already been to Palita last year just to eat; the food was delicious. That's why this year, when we returned to Koh Phangan, we decided to go to Haad Rin for the day and eat at Palita again. Since we had been in Koh Phangan for two weeks in the Zen Beach area, we decided to move to Haad Rin to stay there for our last week. We were worried about the noise and the beach's reputation for parties and bars, but we decided to give it a try anyway. Our experience at Palita was the best!!!! From the lady at reception (I imagine she's the owner) who was super friendly to us the whole time, I'm so grateful!!! As for the room, we stayed in 202, which was charming, private, with a porch to sit on in the afternoons. Very pleasant. The pool and garden areas were surprisingly well-maintained. The pool was one of the most beautiful I've seen on Koh Phangan. The only downside is that the trees don't get much sun, and they could prune some of them to let in more sunlight. But it's incredibly clean and beautiful. Restaurant... Oh my goodness!!! From the moment they bring you the menu, with photos of each dish, you don't know what to order because of all the delicious things they have. The staff who served us were super friendly and provided excellent service. (Special thanks to a young woman who served us many times; she said she was from Myanmar. Thank you so much! I hope to return to Palita Lodge in 2027. Thank you

We relaxed on the beach near this hotel. It's a wonderful place and the staff was wonderful and helpful. The service was fast and the food in the cafe was delicious. Thanks to the hotel team, we're happy to come back. ❤️

The restaurant has great service and friendly staff.🩷🫶 For 400 baht, you get free access to the pool all day. The beach in front of the restaurant is beautiful, with plenty of shady trees. I loved it.🩷🫶🩷🫶🩷🫶

A wonderful and very peaceful place. The atmosphere is like a true jungle, allowing you to completely escape the hustle and bustle of the city. A special thank you to the staff: very attentive, caring, and responsive. I wish your business prosperity and many grateful guests!

Amazing resort and great location. Little loud on weekends with music from other resorts. Beach is amazing. Breakfast is just ok- should be buffet. Lovely family owned hotel. A/c didnt work but they moved us to a new room and was great.

I'd like to leave a more comprehensive review than just praise, as it obscures the hotel management's critical view of its business. My impressions are mixed. All the positives are described below, and I completely agree with them. But for some reason, everyone is silent about the downsides of the stay: mosquitoes and cockroaches (!!) in the rooms, no toothbrushes, and this is more important than the body lotion provided by the hotel. The austere, old houses, with dim lighting, are long overdue for renovation. The bed linens are stained with some kind of indelible dirt and bloodstains. The hotel grounds are great, but we tried to spend as little time as possible in the bungalows; it's unpleasant. If all these negatives were removed, the stay would be perfect and a solid 10. But no, I disagree with the enthusiastic gasps. And another important detail: despite the fact that the hotel is remote, if you are staying during the Full Moon Party, there is a lot of noise even in the depths of the hotel. If you have a sensitive sleep pattern, you won’t get enough sleep because the party lasts until 6 am.

This was our first holiday in Thailand. We spent wonderful days at Palita Lodge. Both the resort and the island are simply a dream. The entire complex feels like a green oasis – large trees form a natural canopy, so the bungalows are pleasantly shaded, creating a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff and owners were consistently incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating, which made our stay even more special. Everything was always clean and well-maintained. Every request was taken care of immediately. An absolute highlight is the terrace right on the beach – perfect for a leisurely breakfast in the morning or a romantic dinner overlooking the sea. We also found the people in Haad Rin and on the island to be very friendly and respectful in general. We had a truly fantastic time and can wholeheartedly recommend Palita Lodge. The entire island offers many beautiful corners, beaches, and spots to explore. So, renting a car or scooter for a few days is a must. For example, driving along the west coast in the early evening is simply beautiful. We had tears in our eyes on the day of departure.

We booked a suite for 11 nights. Our accommodation, the location, and the incredibly friendly staff made our holiday absolutely perfect. The accommodations are beautifully situated right on the beach and nestled in their own little jungle. Delicious breakfasts are provided, and guests have continuous access to the lovely pool. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Someone was always available to answer questions or help with any problems. We could also have our laundry done for a small fee. If we return to Koh Phangan, we will definitely stay at Palita Lodge again.

Palita Lodge is a beautiful, family-run bungalow complex located directly on the stunning Haad Rin Beach. The entire complex is impeccably maintained. The bungalows are beautiful, spotlessly clean, and cleaned daily. There's a lovely, large pool with sun loungers and a great breakfast selection with fresh fruit served on a terrace right by the beach. The owners are incredibly kind and friendly, always ready to help if needed. Haad Rin Beach is a pristine, powdery white sand beach that, outside of the Full Moon Party, is very relaxed and not overcrowded. Palita Lodge is situated at the far end of the beach, so you don't hear any of the evening parties at the other end, yet you can still reach the center of town in just a 5-minute walk along the beach. Highly recommended. We've stayed at Palita Lodge three times over the years and would always return if we were ever on Koh Phangan again. Thank you for a wonderful time.
