My favourite German restaurant in vibrant soi 4. Must go place!

I feel bad for people who think the food here is good. You can easily find better food elsewhere without paying such high prices. And beyond the food, you’ll eventually realize whether the owner is genuinely nice or just pretending to be “nice” 😉 The staff was amazing and very friendly, genuinely, unfortunately that’s all Btw, I hope I’m not the only one who noticed a cockroach smell inside everytime.

Wonderful German restaurant in the heart of Bangkok. The selection of food and drinks is superb; you can eat classic German, Thai, or a mix of both. It was my first time in Thailand, and I've been back several times since.

The Thai staff were friendly, but one European staff member was very impolite to the customers.

I had the tarte flambée, which was excellent. The schnitzel was also top-notch. Great selection of drinks. You can sit inside or outside on the terrace. Everything was perfect, I'd gladly come again.

I went there for schnitzel on Thursday. It was very tasty, the special offer started at 239 baht. I ordered the double schnitzel with fried potatoes for 319 baht. Unfortunately, the schnitzels were very, very thin. I didn't know you could slice and bread pork so thinly. Without the breading, you could have read a newspaper through it. The presentation was very good, though.

Finding truly authentic Thai food and genuinely good German food in the same restaurant is much rarer in Bangkok than people think. This place manages both surprisingly well. The Thai dishes taste authentic, balanced and clearly made with quality ingredients — not watered down for tourists. The German food is also very solid, and honestly impressive considering how difficult it is to find proper German cuisine in Thailand. The service is consistently friendly and professional, and the fact that staff can assist in Thai, English and German makes everything easy and welcoming. The location right in the middle of Bangkok adds a unique atmosphere and a lot of character. It may not be a super modern luxury restaurant, but that is part of its charm. Definitely a place worth visiting if you appreciate authentic food, good quality and an owner who clearly cares about what he serves!

This is the place for Germans; everything tastes absolutely fantastic. My favorite is the potato salad, but everything else is pretty good too. Get there by BTS (Sala Daeng station) or motorbike!

I had a German food platter. Everything was delicious. They have happy hour until 7:00 PM, so you can drink a lot of draft beer at a low price. The staff were all very friendly. The only thing I regret is that they charge a fee for card payments.

Highly recommended, schnitzel, fries and sauce were perfect.
