You could say that a luxury hotel is one where they never say no, but I experienced that firsthand here and I'm incredibly grateful. I won't go into detail about the things they didn't say no to, as it might cause inconvenience, but I'm truly grateful from before check-in to after check-out. I spent my last day and a half in Thailand here, and I was sad to leave as I headed to the airport to return home. I want to thank each and every staff member. I definitely want to come back. I've stayed in many hotels, both domestically and internationally, but there are very few that make me feel this way. I still remember the hospitality born from the Thai people and culture, the smiles, and the words "Sawadee." I stayed for one night as a trial, but I will definitely be a repeat customer. I highly recommend staying here at least once. It's a fantastic hotel with a wonderful concept, combining urban sophistication in the heart of Thailand with classic interior design.

Gorgeous Hotel nearly a stone’s throw away from Lumpini Park & Central World. It has its old world charm coupled with the upkeep of modern hospitality. The Hotel itself has a couple of popular restaurants including one on the rooftop. Right off the bat, the service was intentional, courteous & immensely attentive! I was upgraded to a Yama Executive Room considering my Marriott Status, the room itself is spacious & well stocked, however, the views towards the city are the real highlight. The Executive Lounge is on the 19th floor & I must say, the lounge had fresh food which included fresh fruits as well as some cooked dishes! I seldom see that in other Marriott Hotel’s Executive Lounges these days. Special mention to Sprite & his colleagues at Breakfast & the Executive Lounge! They were always so warm, welcoming, friendly, attentive & yet, never intrusive! Truly a refreshing experience which will remain memorable for a long time!

The service was excellent and impressive. The staff provided good and quick information, especially Owen, Honey, and Mint. Thank you very much. I will definitely use their services again if I have the opportunity.
