We stayed at this hotel for two nights. After a 12-hour journey, we received an unpleasant welcome. We had to share just one complimentary toothbrush. The reception staff were not very attentive to guests. We received no help with information about places to visit or transportation. They didn't speak English, except for one staff member whose name we didn't know. The rooms were adequate, but a major drawback was the towels and sheets, which weren't clean... disappointing for a hotel of this standard. The breakfast was quite plentiful, and the staff were pleasant, thankfully! In conclusion, a bad experience at this hotel!

Good hotel, after renovation in 2025

This is the fourth hotel we stayed at in Da Nang in almost a month. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room has a direct view of the Dragon Bridge and a glimpse of the dragon head spewing fire in the distance. There's a free mini-bar. The staff are all very friendly, but the management is a bit chaotic. We stayed for a week. We didn't request daily cleaning, but the bedding was changed every three days. The staff only changed the sheets, not the pillowcases or duvet covers, and only changed them after we asked. The floor mats were also only changed after we asked. They selectively followed the standardized procedures! The breakfast was plentiful, but it got a bit chaotic when it was crowded. For example, a large group of people would put all their luggage at the table by the window, but they wouldn't sit there. Then, when they left, they would just dump all their bags on the tableware. For the next few days, we paid special attention to whether the tableware was clean before eating. 😂

Great hotel. Its where we stay the last 5 years!
