I waited 25 minutes in an hot a dirty lobby of an hotel. This is what they wrote to me:"Please go into Ý Vân Hotel and wait in the lobby for about 5 minutes. I’ll let you go up to the room once the staff finishes setting it up. The therapist will arrive shortly". Than they wrote:"rush hour, he took a taxi so there was a traffic jam". I decided to go away. Can you image how the therapist would be after running in the hot of Danang? I do not know how the rooms are, but I believe the pic on site are not true. WHY LET ME WAIT IN A DIRTY AND HOT HOTEL LOBBY? They are not professional as aspected. Avoid them
