The Dream Sauna

It was my first time in a sauna of this type. The room was small, but that was forgivable. Before leaving, I fell down the stairs because they were wet. There was no protection on the steps.I'm lucky I didn't break my spine or hurt my head. The premises aren't cleaned. The tiles are wet and very slippery. The berry is severely bruised. Walking is now difficult, and bed rest is guaranteed for two weeks. I will never come to this sauna again. God forbid I break something here. I'm lucky it's just a bruise and not a fracture. Client safety is simply 0. Hygiene is 0. This is an intimate sauna with the lowest sanitary conditions. The visit to this sauna left a terrible impression forever.I don't advise any Europeans to go there. The administrator is no help. Then they read the text message and are silent. Now I think I should have called an ambulance to that sauna. I'd have documented the bruises. With that attitude, it's very hard to forgive.
