Living Colors is a small, locally run LGBTQ+ bar on Bà Triệu, just outside Hoi An's Ancient Town. It's the town's only openly queer bar, so it draws both travellers and local queer people. The crowd mixes and talks easily, and it's not a club. Drag shows and drag bingo are its best-known nights, mostly at weekends. Cocktails are cheap by Western standards. The bar posts its opening hours and show nights on Instagram (@livingcolors.hoian), and that's the place to check. The Ancient Town is walkable from here, or you can take a short bike ride.

The bar is so much fun! The staff is excellent. They have some fun nights like trivia, karaoke and drag performances. It’s a bar open to all and the local clientele is very friendly. It’s a win, win while in Hoi An.

I found this gay bar by chance. It was only 30 meters from my hotel. The place is not big but it didn't stop people for coming there. On Saturday it was so crowded! They had a show that day as well. The staff was super friendly and nice. I loved the atmosphere there. I'm too introverted and shy to speak to people but everybody I watched coming in to that place, found somebody to speak to or hang with, whitin a couple of minutes. The day before they had karaoke as well, if you like to sing.

My friend and I had such a fabulous time here when we were in Hoian. The owners Guillaume and Duc, they are so nice and friendly. I am in love with Living Colors, def will come back again.
