Hopeless. Owner NON COOPERATIVE

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel and want to highlight something very important to me: security and safety. I felt extremely safe during my entire stay. Every night, around 1–2 AM, the front main door was locked, and only guests with access could enter. That gave me so much peace of mind, and I truly appreciated how seriously they take guest safety. Armenia in general is a very safe country, but this hotel made me feel even more secure. I have brought many of my friends to stay here, and every single one of them loved it. The hotel is always spotless, the staff are amazing, and they are constantly ready to help with anything, whether it’s recommending tours, calling a taxi, giving advice on where to get coffee, or even helping me think through a job opportunity. They genuinely care. What stood out the most is how family-oriented this place is. From what I understood, it’s a family-run business, and you can truly feel that atmosphere. The owners and staff regularly check in with guests to make sure nothing is missing and to see how they can make the experience even better. It doesn’t feel like a hotel, it feels like home. A very special thank you to Diana and Karen, the owners of the hotel. Their service is outstanding. They even showed me photos and designs from before they bought the hotel and after, seeing how much effort, love, and hard work they put into this place was truly inspiring. I’m writing this review not only to thank them, but also to help others find this hotel and experience it for themselves. It’s truly unforgettable. I’m incredibly grateful to have stayed somewhere that’s just two minutes from everything, right in the heart of the city, with a team that helped me with absolutely anything I needed throughout my stay. Highly, highly recommended.

I was very interested in reading all the reviews while writing my own, especially the comments about unclean rooms or rude staff. Honestly, I was very surprised, because my experience was completely the opposite. The rooms were extremely clean. I was provided with shampoo, conditioner, body gel, multiple towels, and even slippers to wear in the room. The hotel was quiet, and whenever I needed help, the administrative staff were always kind and helpful. There was an overbooking issue, but instead of causing problems, they upgraded me to a better room for the same price, even though they didn’t have to. The hotel is small, but it has two floors and, for a three-star hotel, it exceeded my expectations. I stayed four nights, paid nothing, and was right in the center of Yerevan. I truly had an amazing time. The room was cleaned every single day, always smelled great, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay in Armenia and 100% recommend visiting this country and staying at this hotel. It gave me nothing but positive feelings and emotions. For context, when I first arrived in Yerevan, the hotel I had originally booked nearby was overbooked, even though their website still showed availability, which was confusing. I then came to this hotel. At first, there was also an overbooking issue, but they handled it kindly and professionally by giving me a better room for the same price. A truly positive experience.

We stayed at this hotel (!!!) for 5 nights, and it was very disappointing. On the first night, the hotel initially gave us a basement room instead of the one we booked, and later they falsely recorded our stay as only one night (in fact, they cancelled our booking) and forced us to pay an extra 5500 AMD just to get our reserved room. (They gave us a room that was close to the booked one but still it was in the basement, though we chose the option for higher levels in the booking.) For the extra payment (ours was in cash), we asked them to give us an "official" receipt, but they didn't. Then, I myself wrote all the details and again asked them multiple times to sign or stamp it, but they refused to do so again, and the receptionist arrogantly told us, "I don't sign anything." In fact, the price that you see is just for the basement rooms. They share incorrect information, or at least they don't clarify everything, and they are NOT honest. They were very dishonest and shady. The hotel is advertised as 3-star but does not meet the standards at all. Basic facilities were missing (no mirror until the last day), there was no proper reception (no one was at the front desk), check-out was unprofessional (when we called them for check-out, they just told us to leave the keys on the front desk!), and no official records were kept. All special requests were ignored. Also, the location is dreadful and creepy. The only positive point: close to the city center. This experience is 100% factual and real. I never ever recommend this hotel; please don't waste your money and energy.

One thing I truly loved about this hotel is how quiet and peaceful it is. The entrance is located behind the building, away from the main road, which makes a huge difference. You don’t hear cars, traffic, or any outside noise at night, so sleeping is very easy and comfortable. I tend to go to bed early, and this quiet atmosphere was perfect for me. Another thing I really appreciated was how responsive and caring the staff are. Even if they were on a lunch or dinner break, they always replied to my messages very quickly, whether by email or WhatsApp—no matter the time or inconvenience. That level of attention and care means a lot to a guest. I’m truly grateful for the calm, thoughtful, and supportive experience they provided. It made my stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.
