Always delicious food

Great food, but disappointed with the service. Last Monday, November 3, 2025, we dined with two people. Our table was quickly available, and the food was VERY good. However, the wait time to order was extremely long. When we confronted the waiter about this, it turned out that "our menu was open." My (neutral) comment about this led to a startling and rude response from the staff, who said, "Sir, a little polite, eh?" This created a very uncomfortable atmosphere at the table. (Young waiter with a black beard and mustache) As a customer, I have no knowledge of the internal rules regarding whether a menu should be "open" or "closed." Such a reaction is completely inappropriate. The restaurant and the staff should treat their customers politely and respectfully, especially when a valid complaint about the long wait is made. It's a real shame for the overall experience.
