We were very happy with our experience at the hotel. The location is unbeatable and the service makes you feel right at home. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we've ever had, and we'd like to give a special mention to our waitress Ana, who made our experience so much better with her friendliness and excellent service.

A very good hotel in the center of Brussels, in an area not overly touristy. The rooms, while not excessively large, are perfectly adequate for a stay of several days. The beds are comfortable. There is a coffee maker and kettle with a refillable coffee supply. The bathroom is spotless, offering shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and moisturizer. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful, as are the women who serve breakfast in the dining room. Breakfast includes fruit, cereal, salads, bread, cold cuts, smoked salmon, cheeses, milk, freshly cooked eggs, juices, and pastries. I missed having some fruit like kiwi, but overall it's fantastic.

The hotel is conveniently located. Within walking distance of the city center. The reception was professional. The rooms were quiet and clean. A minor drawback is that when you get upstairs with your suitcases from the elevator, you still have to climb about three steps. The breakfast is extensive and tasty. As a downside, I found it incomprehensible that they keep the bar closed for a "private event" during the peak season.

I had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Grand Sablon. The room was spotless, and the beds were large and comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. What made our stay truly exceptional, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and kindness made us feel genuinely well looked after. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
