This hotel was fine for a one night stay. The staff member on reception was lovely and did everything he could to be as helpful as possible. We booked two separate rooms. One was passable. The other had a mouldy ceiling. The hotel did offer a replacement room which we accepted. The replacement room unfortunately had towels which were very dirty. Breakfast was passable but expensive for what you get. Car park was not sign posted at all and sat nav takes you to the wrong place. I would recommend this for a one night stay but don’t expect an amazing experience. The staff will do their best to rectify any issues you may have.

It's a decent hotel for its star rating. It's a bit worn, but it's clean. There's even a kettle and a hairdryer. It's fine for a night or two. Breakfast is average, but a bit more substantial and interesting than in France; it's even decent. So if you're staying overnight somewhere nearby, don't hesitate to stop in.

This hotel was an excellent base for my participation in the Hyrox in Mechelen. I stayed here for 3 nights. The room was fine for the price and it was nice and quiet, which is ideal for a good night's sleep. The basic amenities were excellent and I am very satisfied. However, one point of criticism regarding sustainability: the water pressure from the shower and the tap is extremely strong. That could definitely be reduced to save water. Otherwise, a good hotel with friendly staff.

Sorry is just old-fashioned and has a smell. Charging stations don't work either.

The hotel is run-down: the carpet is gone, the bathroom is ancient, the soundproofing is poor, and the TV has no French channels. However, the bedding is comfortable and the staff is attentive. Charging 20 euros per night for a small pet is outrageous. They've lost a customer.

Located in an industrial area very close to the train station, which is convenient. The service is adequate, but the rating reflects the overall impression of dirt and disrepair. The room's carpet was extremely dirty, as was the shower head… there was no internet connection in the back rooms.
