Hotel Kandilj Sarajevo - Casco Antiguo

Friendly staff, central but quite location, clean rooms

During our three-day visit to Sarajevo, we were wonderfully hosted. Thank you to all the staff. It's a very clean and safe hotel within walking distance of Baščaršija (the old market). Considering the price and performance, it's worth every penny.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Staff are so welcoming and helpful. Rooms very clean and include Everything that I needed ie fridge/safe. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom did what you want, a great shower. Breakfast is in a great 'ottoman' style room, usual continental fare but the bread is lovely and you can also get omelette made and have a traditional Bosnian coffee. Ideally situated, literally 5 mins walk to the Bascarsija square

It was great. Good hotel, clean, very friendly. It is really close to the old town and Latin Bridge. You can walk everywhere. Breakfast was good. Thank you, see you next time in Sarajevo

A good hotel near the Latin Bridge, centrally located and just steps from the city center's main attractions. Simple but clean and functional rooms, even too warm in winter. Breakfast is basic, mostly savory, with the option of making omelets, but there are also packaged croissants and fresh bread with jam or chocolate spread. Airport transportation can be arranged for €20. Friendly staff. Good value.

Good hotel, it absolutely needs to improve on the breakfast, located in a nice place in Sarajevo, the staff is ok, the guy I give 5 stars, he is very helpful

A superb place to remember. Isak at reception and Amina at breakfast were fantastic!

Great location at a quiet street near the historic center. Rooms are a bit dated, definitely needs an upgrade with a modernized look. But the friendliness of the staff makes up for it. The curtain at the shower can lift with the air pressure of the water and can cause some spill outside. Breakfast was good. Pictures are at the place where it is served. Do not expect a luxury hotel experience, nice location, ok facilities, nice and very helpful people. Wifi was ok, not blazing fast but easy to connect to and good speed on my cell.

This is a very welcoming hotel. The staff are all very friendly.
