Cheap but for a reason. Very small room, with centrally set aircon to winter regime at the end of a hot April day: it was 26 degrees inside and impossible to cool. There was a box to house a fridge with nothing in it. Very noisy from the lift, the bathroom fan and next door’s bathroom fan. Bed is firm and comfortable. The shower is not enclosed and you walk on a wet bathroom floor, simply primitive…sorry but apart from the price there is little to recommend it.

reception is extreamly unprofessional and rude and offensive. (Possibly racist given how she treated me compared how she treated others guests, despite the fact that i addressed my concerns in a calm and polite way). refused room cleaning service and says apparently room is cleaned every 3 days. in our stay of 8 nights we had one day of cleaning after requesting over and over. had to get into a whole argument to get more toilet paper and stated that its their policy that on toilet paper roll per day and no more. when asked for fresh towels they said its their policy that they only give fresh towels ever 4 days. when I said I will take it up with the website, the receptionist knocked on the door and pushed me and shoved me aside to barge in the room without my permission and took pictures of me and the room and called my clothes and other luggage a "disaster". she grossly violated my privacy and what she did is illegal. I got scamed here.

There is no parking provided for hotel guests, a big inconvenience!

It's not close to the city center, but right in the city center. The lady who greeted us at the reception desk was very polite and made an effort to communicate despite our lack of language skills. Given the general parking problem in Bulgaria, she even went out of her way to get us a parking ticket. The rooms are clean and have no heating issues. I highly recommend it. However, if you're coming to Bulgaria, parking is crucial for accommodations with parking. They could clamp your car or tow it away at any moment. Be sure to check the parking regulations.
