Graffit Gallery Hotel

Had a very good stay here. The room was spacious and comfortable. Things mostly worked well although some of the switches were a bit strange. The bathroom was good but lacked storage space. The bathtub was next to the bed in the main room...slightly strange! The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The location is good and close to the main part of town and an easy walk to the beach. It was good value for money.

Rooms are decorated to a high standard. Personal and warm service. Very good self-service breakfasts.

A 10+ hotel, really worth visiting, the rooms are very spacious and clean, they clean every day, it's close to the sea and the city center, so it's perfect. We were there with a one-year-old child and all the conditions are extraordinary, and for families with children they also offer a cot on request!!!

The hotel is practically in the center of Varna. The interior is very interesting and modern. Each floor has a different style. The rooms are spacious and clean. The service is discreet and very attentive. Underground parking is available, and the car can be lowered and raised to street level by elevator. Delicious breakfasts in the lovely restaurant downstairs. You won't want to leave – it's so lovely. Congratulations!

Perfect hotel in the center of Varna! Great service!

We stayed at the Graffit Gallery Design Hotel for two nights last week, moving here after four nights at the Hotel Cherno More. To be completely honest, while Graffit claims to be a 5-star hotel, I sincerely question that classification. In reality, it didn't even measure up to the 4-star Cherno More, which also boasts a far better location. First, I have to give massive praise where it is due: the staff here are absolutely exceptional and honestly deserve 7 stars. Unfortunately, the physical hotel, the rooms, and the breakfast service were a big letdown. The main issue is that the "design" label seems to be an excuse for actual dysfunctionality. The room layout was highly impractical. For example, the shower had glass panes on two sides but left the entire corner completely open. This meant every shower flooded the bathroom floor, turning the toilet and bidet area into a slippery hazard. The room also featured a shagpile carpet—while I appreciate a carpeted room, a shagpile in a hotel is a nightmare for cleaning and general hygiene. Even the bedside lights were a lottery, deciding to work only half the time. Breakfast was another mixed bag. The food spread itself was decent (including fried eggs) and comparable to a standard 4-star hotel, but the included coffee was awful. We actually resorted to going down to the Graffit Cafe and paying €5 just to get a drinkable coffee. While it was made fairly well, it still wasn't as good as the Costa Coffee right next door to the Cherno More. Overall, while the hotel isn't terrible, it is deeply dysfunctional. I think the quirky design elements let it get a pass from some people, but it doesn't make up for the lack of practicality. If and when I visit Varna again, I will absolutely choose Hotel Cherno More over this one.
