The AIDS Solidarity Movement runs Cy Checkpoint, a community testing centre in the Nicosia old town for free, rapid and anonymous HIV and syphilis tests. Testing is on Tuesday evenings (17:00–20:00) by appointment, according to Queer Collective CY's listing, so book ahead on +357 99 607005 or info@cycheckpoint.org.
In June 2025 the movement also opened the Cyprus PrEP Point at the same hub. Since October 2025 PrEP itself is free through the state service, with afternoon clinics at Nicosia General Hospital (22 603 550) that need no GESY referral; Cy Checkpoint can point you there.
