We had a fantastic family weeks hols at this amazing hotel. Food amazing, staff amazing and lots of fun had by all in the pools.

Lovely place, people and staff,

We arrived quite late at the hotel, but the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to leave our bags and grab a plate of food from the buffet before checking in, which was really appreciated after travelling. Once we got to our room, we found it to be quite basic but comfortable. It was a twin room with both a bath and shower, a TV with English channels, and a hairdryer provided. The entertainment at the hotel is good, with plenty of seating areas around the venue. However, on busier nights it can be difficult to find a seat as many guests come down for the evening entertainment. Most of the entertainment is child-focused, but after 10pm they also offer activities for adults such as bingo and karaoke. The swimming pools are quite cold, although still bearable, and there are plenty of sun loungers available around the site. The food can be a bit hit and miss depending on the night, but they do themed evenings such as Asian and Greek cuisine. There are lots of options for fussy eaters and vegetarians, although allergens and intolerances are not clearly displayed, so you need to speak to a member of staff for information. The hotel is located slightly away from the busy parts of the area, but it’s only around a 15–20 minute walk to both the old town and the main road where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The mall is also only about a 10-minute walk away and has a good selection of food places and shops. On site there is also a mini market, laundry room, and restaurant, which is very convenient. Overall, we have really enjoyed our stay here. The staff have been nothing but helpful throughout, and the cleaning staff are fantastic and always happy to help with extra amenities if needed.

I am here now been here 4 days already and it is a lovely place, the all inclusive food is amazing, they do a different themed meal every night from Greek to Asian roasts my son is very fussy with food but their is pizza and chips every night ice cream snack bar through the day their is a little shop on site that we have only just found. A laundry room aswell as the bar and entertainment their is a pub connected to the site with football food etc ypu get a money off voucher the main strip is about a 15/20 minute walk and a bus route takes about 5 mins. Entertainment for the little ones is really good too.

A very friendly hotel for your stay in Cyprus. Good food with themed dinners daily. Clean rooms, cleaned daily. Pools for adults and children. Entertainment for children. Evening entertainment for both children and adults. Super friendly and helpful staff. Nothing but enjoyment. Plus, it's located in the center of Paphos – everything is within easy reach (a 15-20-minute walk to the beach, the center, the marina, etc.). I recommend it not only to families with children (but you should be aware that there will be many families with children).

Good for what it is

We had a lovely stay at Mayfair Gardens. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly, and the atmosphere relaxed. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pools and the location. The food was also fine, with plenty of choice during breakfast and dinner. The rooms are neat and spacious, although a small update in some areas would make the hotel even better. Furthermore, the entertainment was fun, and there was plenty to do for both families and couples. All in all, good value for money and a pleasant hotel for a relaxing holiday in Paphos. We would definitely recommend it.

Our stay at this hotel in Cyprus exceeded our wildest expectations. It's a place where the standard of service goes hand in hand with an exceptionally human approach to guests. Special thanks go to Ewelina, who looked after our room. Her professionalism and attention to detail (arranging whimsical towel figures daily!) made returning to our room a pleasant experience. Furthermore, when we had a minor issue in the bathroom, Ewelina reacted quickly – she calmed us down and arranged for it to be fixed so efficiently that upon our return from the city, there was no trace of the problem. Another icon of this place is Mario, the animator. A man with boundless energy, he ensures good fun from morning till night. Thanks to him, the atmosphere in the hotel is relaxed and joyful – he knows how to engage everyone, from a game of volleyball in the pool to the evening Bingo, which proved to be a hit. It's also clear that he manages his junior team brilliantly, taking care of every detail of the entertainment. On the technical side: • Food and drinks: Delicious and plentiful. The All-Inclusive offer is extensive, and the quality of the drinks and meals will satisfy even the most discerning palate. • Location: The hotel is ideally located. Most key attractions, such as the Tombs of the Kings and the seaside promenade, are within walking distance. • Cleanliness: Impeccable throughout the property. In short, if you're looking for a place with soul, excellent cuisine, and the best service under the sun, this is the place to be. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel may not be ultra-luxurious, but everything was exactly as it should be: clean, quiet, and very comfortable for a few days' stay. We spent four days there and left truly satisfied. The food was delicious, fresh, and varied; everyone could easily find something to enjoy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, making you feel at ease and simply well-cared for. A nice bonus was the organized activities for hotel guests, which made evenings more pleasant and created a pleasant atmosphere. The promenade and beach could be a little closer, but it's not a huge distance; you can easily walk and see a bit of the surrounding area. A big plus is the possibility of renting bikes; 10 euros per day is a very good option, especially for exploring the area and experiencing the atmosphere of Cyprus more locally. Overall, it's a very pleasant place to relax, without unnecessary pomp, but with everything you need for a successful trip.
