Excellent place to stay. The atmosphere is meticulously maintained. The breakfasts are plentiful. The host was very kind and allowed us to check out later than expected.

In the middle of the cultural city of Viborg's cozy and lively pedestrian street, a two-minute walk from the historic streets and alleys, lies the small, charming, fun, quirky and very hospitable hotel, Skuespiller Centralen. Viborg's oldest hotel, Centralhotellet, has now reopened with a lovely, brightly colored exterior and an interior where the 10 rooms portray Danish film classics from the 50s and 60s, Little Miss Himmelblå, Yvonne, Cassiopeia, The Baroness from the Gas Station, The Poet and Little Mother, etc. The atmosphere is warm and cordial, the welcome from the landlady fantastic, and in the shared kitchen there is free fruit, snacks, coffee and tea...as well as a tray of free gin and gin liqueur. In the refrigerator you will find wine, beer and water at low prices. You can also manage breakfast without extra costs with the free yogurt and muesli, etc. Of course, you can also order a really good and sumptuous breakfast from the landlady. All in all, a hotel with soul and charm, and where everything invites relaxation and fun with each other.

Good experience. Very cozy interior. However, it's a shame that breakfast couldn't be served before 8:30.
