Nice place. I went to concerts last summer and I've been there a few times for food, now wine and a croissant. Concerts should be organized in such a way that you don't have to hear the words. If the performer is indoors, you can't hear the words at all and the music becomes muffled unless you're in front of the performer. There's no good food for kids under 10 (even if they're negwts). The gluten-free croissant is pitifully small and has maybe a tablespoon of filling - we gluten-free people usually eat terrible buns at high prices, so it's worth investing in not having the "smallest filling of my life" in the croissant, you can even spread some of the filling on the outside of the croissant if you're making a small croissant.

My intention was to book a room for the period 13-14.6., but unlike other systems I am used to (e.g. bookings.com, expedia.fi, airbnb.com, finnair.fi), the hotel's booking system automatically had an option that even if you select certain days, the search will work with the +/-7 day method. I didn't notice this when I made the reservation, nor until I received a text message on 12.6., about checking in on the same day. So I had accidentally booked a room for a date one day too early. I called immediately after noticing the message and the end result was that I would get a 20% discount on my next stay. I heard that the hotel uses the Moder system, where the automatic selection is that flexible booking and they forward feedback. I have never booked a hotel room with the idea that I would go to the hotel sometime in the +/-7 day period, so this is really strange as a default and puts the customer in a completely unnecessary situation where it is possible to make a human error. I am dissatisfied with the hotel's response and my feedback mainly concerns the poor booking system and the hotel's response to the matter.

We only went for dinner, so my review does not apply to the accommodation services. The environment and the portions were very aesthetic. However, the food was unfortunately a disappointment.

After two nights (May 23-25), I give the following review: The rooms are "pretty nice" although the cleanliness leaves something to be desired (sofa and bed stained, peanuts on the floor from the previous customer) this feedback was well received. Customer service is generally good, although it always gives a slightly hurried impression. The intern in particular made a positive impression.
