The restaurant is getting worse and worse, 0/10. Even the fries are 3 days old.

I've already been there for dinner and brunch on Sundays. Honestly, it's quite expensive for what it is… which is a shame because the setting is nice. The decor is nice too, even if some elements are already showing their age and deserve to be replaced! We were told there would be air conditioning when we arrived that day (it was 36°C outside), but in fact, there wasn't any… and as for the brunch concept: not serving seconds because it's almost 1 p.m. and time for the second seating, I'm not a fan…

Amazing atmosphere and incredible food for the World Cup!

I came today for the World Cup, and the atmosphere and service were fantastic! I 100% recommend this place 🥰🥰

We had a lovely one night stay at Mama Shelter Lille, decor is very fun and reception staff was super nice. Thank you for the tasty cookies and birthday note :) Loved the written decorations on the mirrors around the building, something I have never seen anywhere else. Location is perfect, easily accessible by car and everything is within walking distance. Just some small things that could have been better, the cleanliness of the bathroom (damaged toilet and clogged sink) and the casting on the TV did not work but both did not bother us too much.

Excellent location and lovely decor. The room was simple. We would have appreciated a small welcome tray and a few samples of soap or other toiletries (even if they are committed to eco-friendly practices). The breakfast was of high quality and offered a good selection.

Excellent experience with impeccable service. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the bed is comfortable. The amenities are complete. Breakfast was a major highlight. I love the ground-floor toilets. The only slight drawback, and it's not a big deal as you can still find your way around, is the somewhat unusual access. Looking forward to returning. Well done on the overall decor and the staff's friendliness.

An absolutely perfect stay at Mama Shelter Lille! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the unique atmosphere and original decor that give the hotel so much charm. It's ideally located, just steps from the train station and the city center, which is very convenient for exploring Lille. The room was spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The bedding was excellent and guaranteed a good night's sleep. I also loved the thoughtful touches and the friendly atmosphere that make all the difference. The meals were varied, fresh, and beautifully presented. The rooftop terrace is splendid and allowed us to admire the sunset over the rooftops of Lille. A big thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome, professionalism, and helpfulness. The restaurant and breakfast are also top-notch, with high-quality products and a wide selection.

Lovely hotel located a 10-minute walk from Lille city center. Friendly and helpful staff. Warm atmosphere. The only slight drawback was the somewhat expensive parking fee. Thank you for your hospitality. Sophie Fontaine
