We booked two apartments; the service was excellent, and the apartments were very well-equipped and air-conditioned.

I recommend this place. The apartment is spacious and clean (although a fresh coat of paint on the walls would be nice) and well-located for a weekend in Lyon. The terrace is very pleasant. One drawback: the duplex bedrooms don't have windows opening to the outside, so it was very hot, as the air conditioning didn't adequately cool the rooms. The air conditioning unit didn't come with instructions, which meant we had to call for help, which we received fairly quickly.

I discovered this type of accommodation by chance and I loved it! The building and amenities are high quality, and the independence it offers is perfect. Now I'm a convert and I'll only look for this type of accommodation for my future trips.

We rented the Raphaël apartment in Lyon for a total of six weekends for professional seminars, and we were never disappointed by the Nocnoc agency, who were very responsive and friendly. Moreover, the apartment was perfect for 10 people! It had a terrace, which provided a lot of comfort, and a keypad system instead of keys, essential when traveling in a group to facilitate everyone's comings and goings. Ideally located, the apartment was a real gem for us! I highly recommend Nocnoc!

A very well-located apartment in the center of Lyon, with a good layout and comfortable bedding. And above all, the air conditioning was a welcome relief in this sweltering heat.

Last spring, we booked the apartment through Booking.com for eight people for a long weekend exploring Lyon. We appreciated the location, which provided easy access to the city's various attractions. The size of the apartment and the layout of the rooms suited us. Once this initial positive impression faded, we encountered a whole series of shortcomings similar to those already described in other reviews. We would have grudgingly accepted these imperfections, but it was the behavior of the person who presented himself as the manager that ruined our stay. While we were exploring the city, the manager called our friend who had booked the apartment to tell her that we hadn't paid. The manager refused to check with Booking.com that the payment had been made. He threatened to change the access code and put our belongings out on the street if we didn't pay. The manager refused to accept the bank statement sent to him by text message. However, the PIN wasn't changed, but the next day, the phone harassment continued. At the group's suggestion, our friend requested a meeting with the manager to resolve the situation. This led us to cancel a viewing. The manager arrived late at the apartment, and under our pressure, he finally called Booking.com, which ended the disturbance. In conclusion, we do not recommend renting this apartment.

I was with friends in this flat beg of april 2025. The flat is very well located, near from the railway station, buses tramway. You can go to downtown on foot, I appreciate. But the flat itself is poor: 4 coffee cup for 8 people, the floor of the shower is dammaged, the TV is not connected to any WiFi, and so on......the lift access is direct to the flat, which is not to me very safe. I sent a registered letter as soon as we were back home, the owner never go to the post office to pick it up... I resent the letter once again, same thing, no answer.... I did not mention that one guy told us we haven't pay, which was wrong as we received the access code!!!! So, now it's up to you !

Good apartment, could do with a bit of a refresh. A little disappointed with the breakfast delivery, which no longer exists, as well as the TV, which had no channels.

Really good location and the units are good value. Well designed to host families/groups and the bedrooms have pretty good soundproofing for Europe. The check-in information was very. helpful and we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately as others have mentioned the communication is really poor and we don't feel they honor their policies. We requested a one night adjustment to our stay (as the booking expressly allows) months ahead of our visit. Time after time we reached out and the change wasn't made even after they told us they were listening. What is the point of a flexible reservation if no one responds to your requests? We're cognisant that the summer is a busy time and France is very busy with the Olympics but NOCNOC needs to be better about being responsive to inquiries and following their policies.
