A "strange time-traveling experience"... If you'd like to take a trip back in time to Stalin's Russia at its peak... You've come to the right place! Boarding for this delightful journey begins the moment you arrive... It should be noted that the owners of this "hotel"... no, this wreck, clearly intend to leave it in its original state... and they've succeeded perfectly! No maintenance whatsoever! From the moment you enter, you sense a poorly maintained, dirty place with "decor" reminiscent of a bad antique shop... The carpet, laid well over seventy years ago, still withstands the trampling of unfortunate guests trapped in this "place." The elevator serving the floors is dirty, and the scratches are a testament to the lack of painting and renovation... The corridor leading to our "room" perfectly reflects the owners' intention and desire to set the stage for the horror that awaits us… And indeed, we are not disappointed… we have to be extremely careful with the single magnetic key card, heavily reinforced with already yellowed tape, to enter the unique "experience" offered to us… The "room," if I dare call it that, has only one electrical outlet… I tell myself how lucky we are to have one and dare to think that other guests might not, and I'm glad that it works so we can take turns charging our phones… The air conditioning, however, doesn't work… but all this is perfectly normal since the hotel didn't bother to install it… so, QED, no pain, no gain. Good news: the "room" has lights, certainly a relic of the Gestapo who must have stayed here... In fact, as soon as I entered, I declared I would tell everyone, provided we could dim the lights... So, Josiane, everything is turned off except for the "bathroom," which is a whole other story... everything is held together by a layer of grime deposited over several generations! The remaining mirror is barely usable for seeing our poor faces, which will inevitably deteriorate after three days of suffering! The shower gel dispenser is the same one as the vintage sink, never cleaned day after day… this gel dispenser does the job it was installed for, which is to say, it dispenses, with great difficulty, a small amount of "gel"… The shower drain has been delicately repaired and reinforced with a thick layer of white silica, creating a rather lovely effect and recalling the indefinable color of the walls, painted a long time ago with the same brush for the entire "hotel"… In short… we are indeed in this place, as if created by a very old spider, trapping poor tourists month after month… A standing fan is provided to try and lower the temperature of this oven… The "bed," yes, the… The "bed" is exactly what you'd expect from the utter discomfort generously offered to us… A sort of stale biscuit that guarantees perfect discomfort… The balcony… ah, the balcony, quite a story… it's shared by the entire floor… like something you'd find at a summer camp, and we're advised to keep it securely closed to avoid being robbed… The tiny TV hangs delicately from the wall, powered by a large, beautiful cable channel connecting it to an electrical outlet… The "breakfast" is… Awful, and the few items offered are cheap, off-brand products… The place has no light, and two rather unfriendly Matrons strike me as two prison guards… In short, I'm happy to escape this sordid place, which I nevertheless recommend to thrill-seekers! If you do book, be assured that any experience strengthens your resilience! I survived… tell yourself you can too!

Very helpful, great service and location! They allowed us to leave our bags there before and after our check-in/check-out. Definitely recommend!

Great hotel, close to Gare du Nord. The room was good, we slept well, and there was no noise disturbance. We did not make use of the breakfast. The only downside was that there was only one power outlet, which was also located in the least logical place for charging your phone. The hotel was great for 2 nights in Paris. A fifteen-minute walk from the Sacré-Coeur. For everything else, you either have to walk a bit further or take plenty of public transport. We walked most of the way and took the metro once.

中文 见图片This is easily one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in, even by the dismal standards of European budget properties. The front desk staff barely understand basic English, and their own English is shockingly poor. When I asked them to speak English properly, they even got defensive, insisting they were speaking English. They then rambled on in an unintelligible mess of broken words I could barely parse, before shoving my room card at me with zero patience and brushing me off entirely. As for the room itself, it’s absolutely abysmal. The elevator is an old-fashioned manually operated one that jolts violently up and down, making every ride terrifying. Hygiene standards are shockingly low: I found hair all over the bed sheets, and the heating in the room was broken, leaving the space freezing cold and damp. For nearly 600 RMB a night, this experience is completely unacceptable. The front desk service is appalling, the facilities are run‑down and unsafe—avoid this hotel at all costs. I originally thought the low ratings were exaggerated, but every bad review is 100% accurate. Trust me, do yourself a favour and book somewhere else; this place is genuinely disgusting.

Beware of the rip off. At arrival they will charge you additional fees not mentioned at Booking.com or other sites despite rate being prepaid
