IEM Le Marais (Men-Shop)

Refused entry to women. Even if it's an LGBT shop, that's no reason to refuse customers and be unpleasant. So much for inclusivity. I want to point out that I buy these kinds of products and use them too, like dog hoods; I already own some, bought from Boxxman. And many Doms can come and buy for submissive men as well. So, zero open-mindedness for such a terrible shop.

A great place to visit in Paris, the staff are fantastic and the selection is really vast. It's sometimes a little pricey, but it's not a big deal.

As a former regular customer, I share the concerns about the surprising lack of business acumen for a local shopkeeper. When a problem arises, no one is around, even though they have no trouble taking payment… A very short-sighted view of customer relations. Following the return of a leather item from their brand, recently purchased, which had a defect confirmed by a cobbler, no solution was offered. The product was returned to me without any alternative, and with considerable clumsiness and averted eyes, given the price of the item… It's a shame, because it's precisely in these situations that local businesses should stand out from online shopping. Otherwise, it's better to buy cheaper online and perhaps even better quality! I hope this feedback will prompt some self-reflection and prevent you from suffering the same fate as other shops in the neighborhood…

A store with a "men only" section for simple items on sale. This is literally discriminatory towards women and completely ridiculous! Everyone has the right to their own practices. Furthermore, denying access to a part of a store based on gender is harmful and illegal. A very unpleasant experience.
