Great location with nearby parking. The rooms are large and quiet. The breakfast is excellent.

A very pleasant stay!

Poor attention to detail for a 4-star hotel. I found myself with a toilet in the room for the modest price of €150 a night (excluding breakfast). The breakfast was good, but I wouldn't go back.

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The management was rude, arrogant, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. We accidentally booked the wrong hotel in the wrong area and contacted them immediately, but instead of trying to help, they kept us going back and forth for over a week before finally refusing any refund. We never even stayed at the hotel, yet they kept the full amount without showing any empathy or willingness to resolve the issue. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this hotel if you value honesty, professionalism, and decent customer service.

The hotel is small and the common areas are cramped. Some rooms are very difficult to access, for example, you have to walk up a steep staircase and up several steps. Not suitable for those with limited mobility. It's well-maintained and has modern, clean furnishings. We had a superior room, which was indeed very spacious. The breakfast is extremely expensive for what it offers; there's not much variety and the quality is mediocre. I would recommend skipping the hotel breakfast and going out instead. The fitness room is very small and has minimal amenities, but at least it's there.

a hotel and chain that takes pleasure in having their customers being unhappy. after long back and forth, their response to me was “We are pleased to inform you that the hotel didn't approve your request to cancelling the reservation.” “pleased”. and that’s for a member customer. and that’s after explaining the situation. i travelled 50 countries, and been to 100 of hotels, this is the first ever to reject a refund.

The hotel was a delightful boutique place in the centre of town, very close to cool bars, restaurants and interesting places. Everywhere was within walking distance and the vibe was amazing. We even got caught up in the excitement of the Toulouse Corrida Cresit Agricole 2026, which was also very fun to watch. We stayed up late cheering everyone who walked or ran in the race. As for the hotel, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. They even gave us a steamer and an iron when we needed one. The rooms were small and cozy, but cleaning was everyday if needed and so it was quite nice to stay. The food service was amazing and delicious every time. I'll definitely return here whenever I'm in Toulouse.

Excellent experience. Short stay in Toulouse for work. The hotel was convenient as it was close to the train station. I particularly appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the breakfast!

Hello, we stayed for two nights with my partner and two children. The welcome was perfect, the room spacious, and the cleanliness impeccable. The hotel is very well located near the train station (10-minute walk) and the city center (10-minute walk). The minibar items were a nice touch. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. However, the dining room is rather small. Points for improvement: • We were very disappointed not to have a city view (as indicated in the booking) due to the completely opaque tarpaulins covering our three windows (facade renovation). This information should have been provided to us in advance. • There was only one hygiene kit for four people (toothbrush, hairnet, etc.).
