Sexual harassment is no joke! A man touched me inappropriately without my consent, and when I brought it to the attention of security, they did nothing to address the situation. I expected a safe environment and a serious response from the staff, but I felt completely unsupported. Shouldn't there be any protocol for this or who should we hold accountable? I'll specify that the man was Arab.

Mimosa is one of those places that can be very misleading at first glance. Yes, it’s small. Yes, it’s simple. A room with a mezzanine level and a very unpretentious interior. Nothing here is trying to impress you with expensive design, fancy technology, or carefully curated aesthetics. If you arrive too early, you might even think that this place has already seen its best days. But stay a little longer. Give it time, relax, and wait for the evening to unfold. What seems like an ordinary bar gradually transforms into something completely different: a space of freedom, spontaneity, joy, and effortless human connection. One of the main reasons I keep coming back is the staff. The bartenders are charismatic, welcoming, and genuinely memorable. They’re friendly without being fake, confident without being arrogant, and somehow manage to remember people and make them feel at home. That kind of hospitality is rarer than it should be. The crowd is another huge part of the experience. The door policy does a great job of maintaining the atmosphere, and the result is a place that feels safe, relaxed, and fun. People come here to enjoy themselves, meet others, dance, talk, and simply have a good time. I also love the music system that lets guests influence what’s playing. It creates a unique energy and makes the night feel more personal and unpredictable. My usual choice is a dry Saperavi called Tipsy Baby, although many of my friends go for beer, cider, or chacha. If you’re looking to quickly get into the spirit of the place, chacha is definitely its own adventure. Mimosa is not about luxury. It’s about atmosphere. And atmosphere is much harder to create than expensive interiors. Five stars. Keep doing what you’re doing.

Well I am staying across the street from this place and it’s loud, obnoxious with 0 consideration for the neighbours. If you can’t organize your bar to be respectful of the place around you then maybe you shouldn’t run a bar.

I really didn’t expect the food to be this amazing. I usually don’t even like truffle sauce, but my friend convinced me to try it and honestly, it was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. The crispy fries with the truffle sauce were the perfect combo. Ever since then, I’ve been constantly thinking about that sauce and already planning my next visit.
