Aidshilfe Bielefeld

Aidshilfe Bielefeld has worked in the city since 1985 and is the main queer health and support organisation in East Westphalia. From its office at Ehlentruper Weg 45a it runs Herzenslust, the prevention programme for gay and bi men, and Talk&Test, HIV and STI counselling and testing for men who have sex with men on Wednesdays 17:00 to 19:00 by appointment. It also offers Queer*Connect counselling for LGBTIQ* people and support for queer refugees. Groups meet here too: QUBI 25, for LGBTIQA+ people over 25, on the third Sunday of the month, and the regional TransMann group on the second Friday.
