Systematically disappointing, not recommended My stay at the Hotel Sebastianushof was once again frustrating and unfortunately confirms my previous experiences. I booked through Booking.com and asked about extending my stay at check-in. This was initially promised – but the next morning, I was suddenly told: no room available. The result: an unplanned departure. No solution, no accommodation – simply poor organization. What is particularly striking is the clear two-tier system within the hotel. The new building, where bookings made through platforms typically end up, appears decent. The old building, which I know from previous stays, is a completely different story: outdated rooms, especially those on the top floor, which are completely overheated in the sun and practically unusable. This stark contrast seems deliberate and systematic. In addition, the refrigerator in the room was dirty during this stay – an absolute no-go. The cuisine also fits the overall picture: standardized German dishes, bland in flavor, lacking quality or any discernible style. Conclusion: Repeatedly disappointing experiences with poor organization, significant differences in quality within the accommodation, and inadequate cleanliness. No longer an option for me.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Bad Goedesberg

A small, charming hotel with very elegant furnishings and decor. The mattress is heavenly (you sleep like you're on cloud nine). The neighborhood is a bit outside the city center, but in my case, it was ideal—exactly what I was looking for. The surroundings are very pleasant, green, and quiet, with the historic church right next door. You can also sit under the trees near the hotel; there are even books to read there. So, I enjoyed my stay.

Dust, hair, and mold were everywhere. The floor and walls were dirty. The cloths and furniture were cheap and old.

We only stayed overnight, but were very satisfied. Quiet surroundings, comfortable room with bathroom, spotlessly clean.

Beautiful and spacious room with everything you need. Elevator in the adjacent building. Very quiet and with a balcony. Nothing left to be desired... I haven't slept this well in a long time. Excellent value for money in the area.

Hello, I was unfortunately unable to travel, and the hotel is handling this situation very inflexibly. The staff on the phone were very curt. Especially when there isn't a session scheduled, one should be able to get a room on another day.

Super hotel! I give it 10 stars out of 5! The room has everything you need! Warm, clean, and cozy! The staff is polite!!
