Neat and clean room… unfortunately, the TV program doesn't work except for ARD, ZDF, etc… Check-in is only digital and customer service relies heavily on chatbots. Otherwise, it's okay…

Two stars for the roof and hot water. Everything else was a disaster, honestly. Definitely not a hotel. The bed frame was shabby and damaged, the bottom of the wardrobe was swollen, and the walls were covered in stains and streaks. The grout in the bathroom was black, and there were unidentifiable stains in the sink. I sent an email that same evening, but unfortunately, I haven't received a reply to this day. Never again.

The rooms are clean and tidy!

The bed was completely worn out, poorly repaired, the furniture and floor were swollen, the bathroom light was barely there, making it impossible to put on makeup or shave. Cigarettes left by the previous guest were still on the balcony, and the blinds were broken, so there was no way to darken the room. Both pillows were empty. There was a nightclub right next door. Awful. Absolutely awful. Not a single euro wasted.

Booked this hotel spontaniously late at night cuz we were tired from driving. It was ok not much to the room spacious and clean...the only bad part is when its hot no a/c so you have to open the window and you will hear the traffic noise.
