Landgasthof „Zum Goldenen Anker“

I stayed two nights at the country inn "Zum goldenen Anker". My room was clean and well-maintained. What I find completely outdated, however, is the shower curtain, which annoyingly sticks to the wall while showering. A shower cubicle would be a worthwhile investment. The food is very good; no complaints there!

As a family of four, we had a thoroughly enjoyable evening at the "Anker" restaurant. The atmosphere is pleasantly cozy and immediately makes you feel at ease. The attentive yet unobtrusive service deserves special mention; it made our evening a truly pleasant experience. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented – the attention to detail is evident. A real highlight was the rack of lamb, cooked to a perfect pink. The meal was perfectly complemented by the red Cuvée "Aufrichtig von Aufricht" from Lake Constance, which paired wonderfully with the beef roulade and was absolutely delicious. All in all, a visit that was well worth it. Highly recommended!

Justifies the Michelin stars...

I only know the restaurant; I haven't stayed at the hotel yet. The service is always attentive, and the food is delicious.

Unfortunately, the room and hallways smelled very strongly of sewage.

Delicious classic food at reasonable prices. The food is definitely on the posh side. However, the atmosphere was a bit too bright and noisy for my taste. It wasn't really quiet for a conversation or a romantic evening, as there were many larger groups. But the food and service were very good. They even offer smaller portions... which is especially convenient if you're ordering multiple courses.
