Me and All Hotel Mainz, by Hyatt

A great hotel in an almost perfect location. There are two underground parking garages nearby where you can park your car for 24 hours for about €24. The breakfast room is unfortunately a bit small; we couldn't sit together as a group of four, but the selection was very good.

The "me and all" hotel, with its exceptional design, is a modern hotel where you feel very comfortable. The staff, especially the receptionists, are very friendly and helpful with all our questions. The rooms are clean and furnished in a modern style. My only complaint is that I had to pay the exact same price for a double room (as a single occupancy) as my two friends who shared a double room. I can understand the price for the room only, but why did I have to pay the same price for breakfast as my friends? Couldn't they have deducted one breakfast from the total price? The total price included two breakfasts per night for my friends, and I had to pay for that even though I only had one breakfast per night. I brought this up at check-in, but the young woman didn't seem to understand what I meant, and since we had already paid, she didn't care. I'm personally annoyed about this. If I had known that beforehand, I could have invited someone else to breakfast (just kidding).

Basic rooms are quite small, but well-equipped, cozy and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful, big thanks to all of them! Breakfasts are very good. Gym is very spacious and well equipped. Spa area is wonderful!

Extremely stylish. The sauna and fitness room on the 6th floor are top-notch. Super friendly staff. Dreamy beds. Main train station nearby.

We stayed here with friends. The hotel really impressed me. The style is unique, and you feel as comfortable as if you're visiting a good friend. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I'd gladly stay here again.

The hotel is great! Comfortable plush bed and the breakfast is actually a very high quality and good buffet. It’s more of a modern type of hotel and young type of crowd and guests. My first time staying with the brand and though I am not based in Germany I would be happy to stay again at this one or another. Only thing is - the location here is not great. It’s on the backside of HBF not on the happening interesting and historic side. The streets here feel very industrial and busy. So it’s not a place where you hop outside and you are in the center.

My stay at this hotel was generally pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. One employee in particular, who introduced himself as Esan, was very courteous and professional. He took the time to answer my questions and quickly helped with any issues. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, a good experience.

Top hotel and incredibly friendly staff! I was allowed to work in the cozy and stylish lounge while waiting for my appointment and was very well looked after. Thank you again!

The hotel is very centrally located and its industrial style is something a bit different. The staff are all very friendly and we felt comfortable.

A great experience. The room was very tidy and spacious. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with many vegetarian and even vegan options. Dogs are also welcome (€25). The only drawbacks: Parking is very expensive and not really suitable for wide vehicles. And there's always a slight humming noise in the room from the heating system (?). Air conditioning would be nice, as opening the windows isn't really an option due to the main road. We'll be back!
