Savoy Bar - Núremberg

A very typical German gay bar. There weren't many people, but I felt very cozy. The bar attendant was very helpful, very friendly. And I paid a good tip for all this service. Why did I think it would be worth it?

Nuremberg Central Station on a Monday evening in December around 11:00 PM – a draft, busy streets, harsh lights. My wife and I were tired, but our night train to Hamburg wasn't for another hour and a half, possibly. We hoped we could find somewhere to eat, since all the pubs seemed to be closed already. All of them? Without much confidence, we decided to check the back of the station one more time. Maybe, just maybe, something would still be open. Just before turning back in disappointment, we suddenly spotted a distant glow. There might be something there, back there, around the corner… Yes, yes, there was something, but what? A nightclub? The prices suggested a pub. Let's go in, we thought. A rainbow flag in the vestibule showed us the way, the way to relaxation, tasty beer, a cozy atmosphere. It was warm, it was pleasant; the perfect end to our city trip to Nuremberg.

The opening hours on Google are wrong. It opens at 7 pm, not 5 pm... Last year – when I visited the bar for the first time – I had the exact same problem, but the opening hours still haven't been updated. That's why I'm giving it one star (also because waiting for it to open in the cold at -2°C outside isn't exactly pleasant).

I really enjoyed it! I recommend it to everyone who's into it!

Superficial guests. Anyone who doesn't fit their mold and expresses a different opinion—for example, that true friendship isn't about looks or age, or that only monogamy is true love—is met with intolerance and practically driven away. Tolerance is nonexistent. Furthermore, the drink prices are outrageously high compared to bars in Nuremberg's city center. At the "Cloud One Wine Bar & Lounge," for instance (in the high-rise at Bahnhofsplatz 1 in Nuremberg), the value for money is excellent, you enjoy a fantastic view of Nuremberg, and you feel comfortable there because the guests don't exclude those with differing opinions; quite the opposite, in fact.

Places become magical in different ways – this can happen because of a mystical legend surrounding the location, or because of ancient historical events that still allow us to feel the magic of the past, sending a shiver down our spines. In short: A magical place run by a fascinating, extraordinary man. ☺️🥰🤩😘🫶👌🙏👍💪💯🍾🥂

Small, cute bar in 80s style, not very busy but that didn't bother me at all, as the owner was very sociable, great atmosphere, good music and alcohol, what more could you want 🤘🌈

Very frendly stufs polite kind . Happy ti be here again.
