A decent hotel, clean and well-maintained. The technology could use an update (e.g., USB ports). The rooms facing the courtyard are quiet. Some design elements and the in-room safe have their own charm. 😀

Very cheap pillows which gives u back and neck pain. Also 2 of us have problems and can’t eat much in the morning and we had to leave early and we were screamed on for taking our left over breakfast and ask to pay 5 euros for a slice of bread and cheese! This is disrespectful and absolutely rude and unfriendly… We never seen something like that in our life. Never again!

The service is very friendly and accommodating. The stay was quiet despite the proximity to the city center. A lovely hotel, only the parking situation is challenging.

After 15 years of staying at the same place during our annual trips, we decided to make a change—and this hotel exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, Selam at the front desk made us feel welcome. She was incredibly pleasant, kind, respectful, and consistently reliable. Her professionalism and warmth set the tone for our entire stay. The breakfast team also went above and beyond for our group of 12. One morning we had an early game, and without hesitation, the breakfast ladies opened earlier just so our boys wouldn’t leave without eating. They prepared a generous spread of fresh food and treated our group with genuine care. That level of thoughtfulness is rare and deeply appreciated. The entire stay was smooth, comfortable, and filled with small acts of kindness that made a big difference. Switching hotels after so many years was a big decision, but Star Apart Hansa proved to be the right one. We are officially making this our hotel of choice for all future trips to Wiesbaden. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent service and hospitality. You’ve earned our loyalty.

I stayed there twice on my own. Once in a large room with a balcony, and once in a small room without a balcony. The rooms are clean and carpeted. Refrigerators are provided, but they are a bit noisy. The shower is partially in the bathtub. Breakfast is good and plentiful, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is central, perhaps 500 meters from the city center. There is good bus service. Parking is available, but the entrance to the courtyard is narrow. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
