Resort Thalassa Beach

Absolutely shocking experience at Thalassa Beach Resort. We were not even staying at the hotel, yet when our baby was crying hungry at 11 PM, there was zero humanity or compassion shown. Refusing basic help to parents with an infant late at night is disgraceful. Hospitality is not just about rules — it’s about basic human decency. Shame on a place that cannot show empathy toward a hungry baby.

An amazing hotel. Everything you could want for in a hotel.

Everything is great here! Oki The beach is a bit rocky to pass before be able to swim. Otherwise a great hotel and staff!

Not very often we get an upgrade, but we did this time and to be honest, I'm not saying it was for the better. We were upgraded to a junior suite and on the face of it, it is lovely. More room, upstairs to the bedroom, lovely clean bathroom, it looked perfect. But then,as a man of a certain age, it's a faff having to visit the bathroom one or twice during the night, so,although an upgrade, I wondered if the potential extra price would encourage me to pay for this room Having said that, the hotel and staff are amazing, very polite and helpful. Very clean hotel in a perfect location close to everything in Agia Marina. Buffet breakfast is the norm these days and this is no exception and whilst there is everything on offer that you would need for a good breakfast, once again the system breaks down when the food is only just warm and not hot. I would definitely recommend the hotel which I find is almost perfect, just a few tweaks to make it so. Please take note though that although their beach is OK, getting into the sea isn't, there are lots of rocks and the people we saw were struggling to get past waist deep, not very inviting.

Lovely hotel in a good location. Lots of restaurants and stores in the area. Hotel had a nice buffet breakfast. Pool (cold) with bar and a lot of chairs for sunbathing. Food at the pool for lunch was very good as well.

Breakfast really comprehensive and high quality. Spa quality. The air conditioner in the room only blows warm air.
