I’m glad to to have a chance to stop by the bar for a drink in this luxury suites on my way to Three Bells on a cruise day in Santorini. Me and my husband were impressed by the design and great facilities of the hotel. The pools and Jacuzzis are well maintained and positioned around the suites. The professional staff with a friendly smile and passion stands out. Once you stepped in the hotel, it seems a heaven and paradise with serenity well located in the busy Fira. If by chance we visited Santorini again, we definitely won’t miss the opportunity to stay there.

This hotel is absolutely unfriendly and unaccommodating. Stranded on Amorgos due to the cancellation of all sailings in the Aegean Sea, we were unable to travel to Santorini for the night we had booked at this hotel (€400 per night). We hadn't purchased cancellation insurance, so we negotiated a credit note given the cost of the room. After several follow-ups to finally get a response, we were told that flights were operating (there's no airport on Amorgos) and that they initially advised taking out cancellation insurance due to the recurring sailing bans in the Aegean Sea (????), yet there's no information about this on their website. Finally, to top it all off, after several emails to finally get a reply, they threatened me with legal action if I posted a negative review on social media. I'm simply stating the facts. What a lack of class for an establishment that claims to be of a certain standard. Absolutely no empathy for a customer who paid €400.

Excellent rooms, clean, nice decoration and nice view from any room, nice helpful staff, nice food, breakfast, a wonderful view from the pool and the rooftop terrace, I am very pleased and the bar is very kind, open, whatever you need is there, wonderful, I will visit it again

Mythical Blue are crooks. I bought a reservation at a fully refundable rate. When I noticed that the stock photography did not match up with the guest images and satellite imagery, I realized I'd been mislead. Afterward, I decided to cancel my reservation, but the website would not let me, despite the rate I paid extra for. I emailed them asking to cancel, they said no worries and sorry I won't be staying with them. Three months later they charge me anyway and refuse to refund me alleging that I did not pay for the free cancelation rate and "we look forward to welcoming you in Santorini" which is such a tone deaf joke. If you want to be scammed by staying here, please go ahead and book. If you want to be scammed without even staying here? Please go ahead and book.

We booked a fully refundable room but found a better option on the island. We wanted to cancel, but there was no option to cancel on the website. We emailed to cancel the reservation. Mythical Blue confirmed that we could cancel anytime before September 22 without cancellation fees. However, they have gone ahead and charged our card and are now insisting that our rate does not include a fully refundable room. Very unethical hotel. Do not stay here. Unethical people and business.

We stayed at Mythical Blue in Santorini and it was truly wonderful! The view was amazing, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Elias and Sokratis were extremely helpful and kind, making us feel right at home. The experience felt like we were living a dream — we will definitely be back! Kisses from Ilona and Joseph 😘

We had a fantastic stay. The management was so friendly, gorgeous coffees and nice breakfasts. I loved our room. It was like a cave. Secluded, quiet and dark - perfect for a break from the sun and sleeping. It was an easy walk into town with a lot to see and do.
