UNA Hotels T Hotel Cagliari

We enjoyed the wellness program in the beautiful and well-maintained spa and then had dinner at the delicious Bistrot! A clean, quiet, and private setting—an excellent experience.

- Location - Covered parking right in front of the hotel - Beautiful fashion-themed hotel - Top-notch amenities - Spacious bathroom and bedroom - Large walk-in closet - 24-hour reception - Good (simple) breakfast

Staying at the THotel is always a wonderful experience. Every time I go to Cagliari, it never disappoints. The location isn't particularly convenient, but the ample parking available, equipped with EV charging stations, and the spacious and clean rooms make it a real plus. The super friendly staff is always available, and the rooms are spacious and clean, offering beautiful views of the city if you stay on the upper floors of the tower. Breakfast is average but still good. If you're in Cagliari, it's worth a try: a 30-minute walk through the city's narrow streets will take you right to the heart of the city.

We had a wonderful stay and would like to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful, and professional. The entire reception team deserves special praise for their excellent service, communication, and genuine dedication to making guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. We would especially like to commend Mr. Pietro :) who truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. We honestly had the impression that he was available 24 hours a day! :) :D No matter what we needed or asked, he always assisted us with a smile, making everything easier and ensuring that every request was handled efficiently and professionally. His positive attitude, attentiveness, and exceptional customer service made a lasting impression on us. He is an excellent example of hospitality at its finest. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable! With love, Mikela, Mia, and little Hani :) P.S. The hotel is very well connected to the city, with bus stops conveniently located nearby and frequent bus services that make getting around easy and efficient. Taxis are often available right outside the hotel, and on the rare occasions when they are not, the reception staff are always happy to arrange transportation promptly. This level of care and attention to guests' needs further enhances the overall experience and makes traveling around the city completely stress-free.

Excellent hotel, well-equipped and clean rooms, service in all areas of the hotel is very good, I must mention Alberto at the front desk who provided excellent service to the two couples who arrived at the hotel (rooms 512 and 514), excellent breakfast with wonderful service. In conclusion, a highly recommended hotel

It is not bad but not what you would expect for 200 eur a night. Aged hotel, no pool, only spa which is extra paid. Long walk to the center. Definitevely not for families.
