Code Red is a large, well-organized venue with a hellish atmosphere. Enter and you'll have to go down some stairs. Here, you'll find the reception with more staff, but usually one of the owners, "Salvo," is there. He's discreet and kind, and seems to have come to perform stripteases for his physique, hehe. You'll obviously leave your clothes there for free. Pay the entrance fee (they prefer cash, but you can then pay for cocktails by card) by showing your Arco membership card (which I recommend getting nationally to explore other venues, including in Europe and around the world, by checking out the "One Pass" app on the LGBT network). Upon entering, the atmosphere becomes dim, and a sinful red light dominates. Here, Dante will come to your aid, wanting to accompany you to the infernal circle, but not before meeting Tullio. He will advise you to meet Cerberus, the three-headed dog, but you will opt for his alcoholic potion. He will ask you for the number of your lost soul, and of course... As you advance through the rooms, you will find the light increasingly red and shadows, chains hanging from the ceilings, and tormented souls watching you. Here, Dante, who was supposed to guide you, was letting himself be swallowed up by the souls, but you will rebuke him, exclaiming, "Think of Beatrice!" But he will say, "These souls are in torment..." Well, at least they are comfortable on the sofas or rubber rings with soft red cushions. But continuing on, another, darker room that is not the forest but cages where demons frustrate the lustful, seats of human skin hanging from chains where souls are tormented but have never complained. Here you'll have to decide whether to go left and lose yourself in the darkness among the most lost souls, risking being enveloped by it and hands that will try to grab you, or go right immediately after admiring an archaeological find made of stone in the shape of an inverted T that will remind you of Tullio, and perhaps one day you'll discover it. Turning right, you'll find many booths not for voting, then a small staircase where at the top you'll find the circle of smoking souls. Down below, however, are more booths not for making phone calls, with infernal red lights and predominantly black, then others where you'll see nothing except a hole and avoid looking inside, but you can communicate by voice with the other soul. Then booths and booths, almost a hellish shore, then be careful! You'll find yourself in a room with a sofa and a screen where Lucifer, entertained by Dante, will watch interesting documentaries. If you want to see Beatrice, usually on Fridays with mixed evenings along with Euridice. Even though we missed Dante, I can definitely recommend you go too. The events and people described in this story are purely fictional, even if some of them aren't 😆. Highly recommended place, so be naughty and you'll definitely end up there.
Finally, even in Sicily, a place that's right for those who want to spend some lighthearted moments and pleasant encounters. I was there in September 2025 and I'll gladly return in March when I'm down in my beloved Sicily, always in the ❤️. See you soon 😘 and thank you.
Super clean place... good music... spacious and with plenty of seating for socializing or just hanging out. The atmosphere is very welcoming, as is the staff; Tullio, Salvo, and the others make you feel right at home. The place is also suitable for the shyest of us; if there's a problem, just talk about it and they'll find a solution right away. Highly recommended!
Hi everyone, I'd like some information. I've never been to this place. Is it possible to know how it works because I'd be interested in trying it out?
I was there for the first time on New Year's Eve. I want to thank all the staff for helping me have a wonderful evening. Very kind and attentive to detail. I will definitely be back. 👏👏👏👏🥂🍾🌋
