Disgusting place...stinky...I didn't even feel comfortable in the bar...because you're surrounded by a gigolo-type guy who's very friendly with the barista...the drinks weren't well made...lots of forward older people...the showers were dirty...I smelled a strong odor of urine inside...I would never return to such a disgusting place

I liked it. It was hard to find, but thanks to a comment, I found it easily. I left a photo so other customers can find it easily. If you can't pay with your card, we already knew that. It's a sauna for mature men, like all the others I've been to in Europe. I expected that, which is why I came. I'm not lowering my rating. Good saunas, good service, it's just cold when you get out of the sauna. It has a large bar and they provide towels and shoes. Good experience.

I'm sorry, I have to leave this negative review for people who want to come to this sauna, at least let them know how. These reviews are from January 2024. I was there yesterday, January 20, 2024, in the middle of winter, on a Saturday afternoon. There were only 10 of us in a city like Genoa. It immediately occurred to me that something is wrong here. First of all, at the entrance, the POS didn't work. I tried three different ATMs, it didn't work. I asked the owner, let's try, when I leave, he told me you have to pay for the entrance. Ok, I didn't have cash, I had to go look for an ATM to withdraw and then go in to pay in cash. Inside, outside the sauna, it was dry and humid, I couldn't walk around because it was very cold. Air cruising, practically no heating, so you're forced to stay inside, either humid or dry. Even the changing room was cold. I spoke to a few people there. At that moment, they said it's not the first time, the owner always keeps the heating turned off... so it's cold. Anyway, it looks like the sauna has been left a bit run down. If the owner is the one, he won't do anything or wake up to take over the sauna. I don't think it'll go very far. And be careful, Google Maps will take you to the wrong address. If you want to go, when you set up the navigation, remove the sauna's name from the navigation, just write down the address. I tried that and then I got to the right address.

I'd give it less than one star, but that's not possible. The place was practically deserted. There were five of us, including one named Marchetta. I think the manager was complacent, because I'm not the only one writing this. The heating was off, and it was freezing outside the sauna. Dirty, old place. Money was wasted, or rather, given away to the manager, who is also incredibly unpleasant. If it were up to me, I'd have it closed down right now!
