Pasto - Laboratorio di pasta con cucina

This place used to have five star pasta, but now it has gotten worse and not as good anymore. We were very disappointed as we were really looking forward to eating the best pasta in Italy.

The pasta was very tasty near the Duomo.

I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately found the overall experience disappointing. The food lacked flavor and did not meet expectations in terms of taste or quality. Service was average at best—staff were not particularly attentive, and the experience felt somewhat rushed. One aspect that stood out negatively was the waiter’s eagerness to clear plates before we had even finished eating, which made the dining experience feel uncomfortable rather than relaxed. Additionally, despite having an air conditioner installed on the wall, the indoor temperature was uncomfortably warm—arguably even hotter than outside—which further detracted from the experience. Given all of this, I’m genuinely not sure how this place has achieved a 4.7 rating on Google.

Authentic Italian pasta. Highly recommended.

The food is delicious; it's homemade pasta made fresh daily with your choice of sauce—there are about four or five options. You have to queue a bit in the sun, and it's not very well signposted if you're coming from across the street. The waiters were very friendly, but the service was a little slow, and the restroom was impossible to use because of the queue. Nevertheless, the food and the location are well worth it.

Very pleasant atmosphere and quality pasta!

An excellent culinary experience in the heart of Milan at a very affordable price. While the restaurant itself may not look like much (with Formica tables and chairs), the quality is exceptional. The service is discreet and quick, the pasta is excellent (you can taste the expertise), but above all, the sauces are outstanding. I highly recommend all the dishes with tomato sauce. Bravo!

No air conditioning

This was the best dinner we've ever had! The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the sauce was clearly made with fresh tomatoes – a taste you won't forget. The portion is generous, so you definitely won't leave hungry. An added bonus is that the Parmesan isn't sprinkled on the dish immediately, but only after the dish arrives do they ask if we want it. The place is charming, with tables inside and out. The service is very friendly and welcoming, and the waiter speaks very good English. It's simply a wonderful place with wonderful people!

The atmosphere of the restaurant and the service from the staff are good, but the taste is mediocre. The rating is too high.

The pasta has a great texture and becomes more fragrant with each bite. The sauce is simple yet quite delicious (especially the green one).
