Great experience, excellent and plentiful food, spacious and clean rooms. For a two-star hotel, it offers many amenities that even three-star hotels sometimes lack. The pool is always clean. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The owner, Fiorella, is truly kind and makes you feel right at home.

I stayed 10 days, the owner was very helpful and friendly, attentive to the needs of her guests, good cuisine, excellent staff in the dining room and in the cleaning and hygiene of the rooms and the interior spaces of the hotel, beautiful cuisine, highly recommended

IT WAS A NICE HOLIDAY WITH GOOD FOOD! EXCELLENT HOTEL, NICE, QUIET, WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW, SIMPLE ROOMS EVEN IF THE BATHROOM IS SMALL AND WITHOUT A SHOWER, BUT STILL COMFORTABLE AND EVEN ADAPTABLE, FRIENDLY STAFF!!! THE POOL IS BEAUTIFUL AND QUIET!!!! FIORELLA IS OUTSTANDING, VERY KIND, VERY CUTE, VERY NICE, FUNNY, ALWAYS READY TO HELP YOU AND ABOVE ALL ALWAYS READY TO MAKE YOU EAT A LOT AND WELL WITH HER LOTS OF REPOSITIONS OF EVERYTHING!!! AND FIORELLA WITH HER "ROMAGNA MIA" AND SHE IS REALLY REALLY GOOD AT SINGING!!!!

Terrible experience, move on if you can. Until a few years ago, the service was decent, but now it's absolutely not. The price is good, but the services offered are terrible. I can't explain the positive reviews; it makes me think they're fake. Don't be fooled. The rooms have no air conditioning, just ceiling fans that weren't even working when I arrived. Lunch and dinner were awful; every day only broth and pasta with tomato sauce were available. Fruit was only apples every day. The quote I was sent listed various amenities, such as aperitifs by the pool and evening entertainment. I've never seen any of these. Many guests stayed a few days and then fled to other nearby hotels, even losing their deposit. DO NOT EVEN GO NEAR THIS HOTEL.

The hotel is creepy. Beds from the last century, as well as the entire interior. The rooms are very small and without air conditioning (there is a ceiling fan) and the hotel itself is right next to the railway, where trains run all day long. The bathroom has no shower, only a drain and a shower, which are not physically separated from the toilet and sink. The breakfast is poor, each table gets as much jam and bread as there are people at the table and that's more or less all. The dinner was decent, but there was a difference between the guests in bringing side dishes and portion sizes. There is nothing for vegans to eat for dinner except pasta with pellata some of the days. The outdoor pool is cleaned every day, but the water is green, assuming that no chemicals are used for it. Espresso coffee is available in the facility, but for an Italian hotel it is terrible. Water is charged with meals, as is anything other than pizza. None of the staff speaks English, which is also a big complaint. All in all, stay away from this hotel when you are already paying.

I stayed with my family at the Hotel Des Bains from July 12th to 19th. The property has a somewhat vintage style, but we were immediately welcomed by the owner, who understood our needs: there are four of us, with a child who is almost three years old and a child who is just four months old. Our room was on the first floor, without an elevator (this wasn't a problem for us, but ground-floor rooms are also available for those with mobility issues). The room is a bit dated, but the linens were clean and the overall cleanliness was reasonable. The bathroom doesn't have a shower stall as one might expect, but an open shower, which was convenient for both the children and my husband, who is very tall! Air conditioning is available for an additional fee, but we were surprised to find that the fan blades were more than adequate. Perhaps a few more coat hangers could be added. The property has a swimming pool, private parking, and a children's play area, which are essential for families traveling with children. The cuisine is varied, the portions are generous, and the quality is good. The hotel has a special agreement with a nearby beach club for umbrella use; sun loungers, however, are not included (€5 per day each). I would only suggest a few small extras that could make a difference, such as a water purifier to reduce bottle use, or a juice dispenser or a coffee maker during breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful, always coordinated by the owner. Fiorella, the innkeeper, perfectly embodies Romagna hospitality: even if you're far from home, she manages to make you feel at home. For the price we paid and the services we received, this is a property we would highly recommend!

According to the reviews we had read, we knew not to expect any luxury, but everything exceeded our expectations. The waitresses were very nice and always smiling, as was the owner, and you can see that she loves hosting people in her hotel.
