Great experience! The room was fantastic. It had wifi and a great location. It was close to the train station which was very convenient. The included breakfast was wonderful as well. They had hot options available as a cook to order, pastries, meats, cheeses, and yogurt. They even packed us a to go breakfast when we had to leave for an early checkout which was a nice touch. They had a nice courtyard with a bar that we didn’t have the opportunity to use, but it looked lovely. We wish we were able to stay longer!

We had the most amazing honeymoon stay at the Santa Croce Boutique Hotel. We were greeted and looked after by the wonderful Matteo for the duration of our stay, who gave us lots of recommendations and advice for our adventures in Venice. The hotel itself is located so beautifully in a quiet district of Venice, while still being only a stones throw away from the big sites. We both agreed that we have never walked into a hotel that smelt so good. It was always such a welcoming sensory experience to walk in after a busy day of site seeing. The room was comfortable and spotless and the continental breakfast was everything and more (the perfect way to start the morning!). On our final night we were looked after by bartender Elia and we enjoyed cocktails and reminisced on our trip. We will definitely stay here in future when we come back and would recommend to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

Great boutique hotel, quiet location, beautiful suites

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Santa Croce Boutique Hotel. Even though our English is not very good, the staff always did their best to help us. We would especially like to thank the wonderful lady at the reception for her kindness, patience, and warm hospitality. She made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. All the hotel staff were friendly and professional. It was a fantastic experience for me and my family, and we would be delighted to stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This lovely hotel came highly recommended and it completely lived up to its hype - and more. The location was perfect. Just the right distance away from the hustle and bustle of the city to offer a respite but still within easy walking distance of the action. Front desk staff was super helpful with terrific restaurant recommendations, directions and advice. Al fresco patio for late afternoon cocktails was a welcome treat. All and all, a wonderful hotel. Highly recommend

I didn't stay at the hotel; we just happened to be passing by in the evening and saw its terrace—peaceful and perfect for a drink. And we weren't wrong. The waiter gave us excellent service, recommended a delicious house cocktail, and we also ordered a Spritz with Select beer. A very pleasant time. However, it is expensive (€25 for both drinks).

Loved this hotel! The service was lovely, the location (actually walkable from the train with some stairs, but removed from major tourist areas) was perfect, largest hotel room and nicest bathroom I’ve had in Europe, and breakfast was good (just wish there had been more fresh fruit). Would definitely recommend staying here.

The venue is simply fantastic: the atmosphere is meticulously crafted and the atmosphere is truly welcoming. Special mention goes to the drinks, which were truly exquisitely prepared, with quality ingredients and impeccable presentation. But the real highlight of the evening was the service: bartender Elia was exceptional, professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail. I'll definitely be back, highly recommended!

I made the reservation 5 months in advance. They cancelled it 4 months after I made it and 1 month before my trip, and they haven't refunded my money. They're thieves.
