Didn’t have a chance to eat there because the host with neck tattoos was incredibly rude and messed up our reservation. We arrived on time, there was no free table, and the host said we needed to wait 5 minutes. He warned the people in the walk-in line that he would seat us first since we had a reservation. 20 minutes later, he seated the walk-in guests instead. When I went to ask him why we hadn’t been seated, he started gaslighting me, saying that everyone has a reservation and is waiting in line, in a rude tone. I then said we’d just leave and asked if we could get our deposit back (I thought they’d already charged it). He said no, we couldn’t and emphasized several times that the deposit was €100. They finally found us a table, but he kept gaslighting us and making inappropriate comments, saying we were overreacting and just needed to relax, enjoy ourselves and have sex with my partner, no apology, nothing. I couldn’t handle the attitude anymore and left crying. Our last dinner in Italy was ruined. I checked other reviews and found several mentioning the awful attitude of this particular host (with a beard and tattoos). It’s awful that so many people have had a bad experience because of one man Two hours after we left, I saw a pending charge for part of the deposit on my account… unbelievable…

The manager — a man with a beard and tattoos — was arrogant and loud, and he failed to make our reservation. He took our credit card details, and after we arrived and there was no reservation, he refused to delete them and said we owed 100 euros if we didn’t take a seat. He also seated a group ahead of us that didn’t even have a reservation.
