We were extremely satisfied, especially with the helpfulness and kind attitude of the lady at the reception, as well as with our beautiful room and the high-quality breakfast.

I recommend this hotel! We stayed for four nights and had 3 dogs with us. This is truly a pet-friendly hotel😊 The person at the reception desk when we arrived and when we left was really nice and took our dog into consideration! Absolutely great hotel!

We had 4 nights of fantastic stay in Penthouse apartment. Apartment was superb, great space over two levels, balcony, TV and toilet on each level. Very clean rooms. Good size bed. Location is fantastic, although central but certainly quiet, tucked in the Berga Bazars estate. Breakfast had a quite unique but delicious selection of foods, also served until 11am, so you can take your time in the morning and not feel rushed. Very polite staff at the reception and restaurant. I was very happy with our stay and would most definitely consider booking this hotel next time when we visit Riga.

Really nice hotel in a good location. Big clean and comfortable rooms. Really friendly staff. Good varied breakfast. Trams and buses run nearby, which can take you almost everywhere if you don't want to walk.

We stayed 7 nights. And we had a large Studio Room. It was very clean room. Great brakefast which last until 11am. Good location. In 10min walk you are in the historic center. Bus and tram only like 4min walk away. Good wifi speed. Friendly staff.

A fairly small but cozy hotel in a great location. Friendly staff, excellent rooms. Large and comfortable. Clean and quiet. We were very satisfied. The breakfast was a bit weak. The ingredients were good, but somehow they didn't go well together. But that's just nitpicking. We stayed for eight days and the food got a bit stale. In any case, I highly recommend this hotel.

This is my second visit to Riga. I'm so glad I chose this place. The location, the rooms, the tranquility, the breakfast, and the design are all wonderful. I definitely recommend it. Thank you.

I've been staying at the Bergs nearly 2 weeks and the staff are great, as are the rooms. I'm in one with a loft with the bed and main washroom upstairs and a nice powder room downstairs. The kitchenette has a little fridge and electric stove top that does the job. Then lighting and furnishings are well done and there are huge windows fornlotsbof natural light. Most of all, its in a great location besidenoldntoen and its in a nice neighborhood.

Fantastic hotel! Great location, very clean, stylish, comfortable. With super kind and helpful staff. We were so lucky to meet Karina. She was the absolute best! Made our stay so special and lovely. We were two adults and two kids and our room on the 5th floor was perfect.

Pls fix the internet in the rooms, it’s unacceptable in 2025 to have WiFi that is constantly dropping, lags out or just slow. Slightly dated, but all great other than that
