Noru Hotel Malta

Beautiful hotel, excellent reception, very kind, always available to customers, fast check-in even knowing that it is not possible before 3 pm, excellent cleaning, the service girl was very kind, fantastic location, two minutes from the most important points for being able to move around, beach 3 minutes on foot, what can I say, a truly beautiful and well-organized hotel. I was a guest in mid-June and have already booked for the end of September. I wanted to thank you for the hospitality you give to customers, see you at the end of August, thanks for everything 💪👍

doesnr meet 4 star standard at all. not quiet. customers not respectful with their neighbours and environment, and management doesn’t seems to care about it. difficult to reach the reception from your room: average time of response 10 min. not really worth it, even if the room is qualitative.

Its an absolute build site. The dust and noise is so bad its almost a heath hazard. There is not 1 building around it. Its completly surronded by hardcore buidling work and the manager very uninterested to help with it .

We were a group of six friends who spent a weekend in Malta, and our stay was absolutely fantastic. A big part of what made it so enjoyable was the exceptional hospitality of Iliai at the front desk and Sandy at the bar. Both genuinely took the time to engage with guests, making everyone feel welcome and valued. Their friendly and personable attitude truly stood out and made our experience even more memorable. 😊

The room is very noisy. Service is okay. Breakfast is boring and the same every day. People smoke in the pool. Sometimes people shout at breakfast, and nobody seems to care. The towels are only for the pool and are very old. They have holes and should really be thrown away. There's also no wardrobe in the room, just a rail with four hangers. I definitely can't recommend this place. There's also a construction site next door. It's likely to be there for quite some time, as they're apparently building a hotel there. Currently, it's just a pit.

I had an excellent stay at Noru Hotel and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. My room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything necessary for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel really stood out. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Although being warned about the ongoing construction near the hotel, it was not a factor in our stay and could not be heard. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and the service exceeded my expectations from check-in to check-out. I would highly recommend Noru Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!
