Walked in with my partner and another couple, genuinely looking to buy something I had in mind. Was told only 3 people from a “group” allowed at one time. What a way to turn off your customers. How rude. Walked out immediately.

I’ve been here twice, once during and once after the renovations, and the new space is roomy and gorgeous! I find the staff polite and helpful without being pushy; they’re happy to let you browse on your own if you don’t need help. great variety of products, clearly displayed prices, sex-positive and queer-friendly space the only thing I think they’re maybe missing is more gender-neutral/gender-inclusive lingerie options. all the lingerie and fetish wear is either very feminine or very masc with a pouch for your junk; I think it would be awesome to have some flat-front boxers, binders, or similar :)

It's been (too) long since I've been here. What a lovely shop and knowledgeable staff! I bought something nice again, and now I'm going home to try it out 🤪

Support your local artists! Many beautiful, authentic, and high-quality products by local artists. Everything comes with a tag and a story. I come here often for small items like lubricant, etc., and always get good advice on all my questions, big and small. Recently, I also received really good advice on a larger purchase. Okay, there is a price tag attached, but a shop is supposed to deliver quality and be able to survive. Especially with a wonderful concept like this. Thank you and see you next time!

The staff here are amazing! Like another reviewer mentioned - they are knowledgeable and helpful without being at all pushy. They answered all our questions and pointed us in the right direction!

I have shopped here a few times and generally had a positive in-store experience. While the prices are higher than online alternatives and the product range is somewhat limited, the overall atmosphere and service were good. Unfortunately, I decided to stop shopping here after the store chose to display political symbols (such as a Ukrainian flag) at the entrance. As a matter of personal preference, I avoid businesses that take explicit political positions.

Good feeling toys

The store was clean and spacious. There was a fitting area too which I noticed. The woman who served us yesterday was very informative. She recommended an item for me based on a small conversation we had. The item was a perfect choice! The only reason it wasn't 5 starts for me is that they didn't open until 11am. We checked out of our hotel and I wanted to make that one quick stop before travelling back to the UK. It would have helped us if the store opened at 10am but I'm sure they have their reasons for the opening times. Great experience purchasing something with my partner (our first time). Also happy that it was a female owned business. I believe the member of staff told us it was the only female owned store of this sort within the city. Glad I did my bit :-) Thank you for having us. We will be back!
