Aesthetically pleasing (praise be to the designer), intimate, and clean, the room features a veranda with greenery and a private courtyard adorned with flowers. The hotel restaurant offers impeccable cuisine. Breakfasts in the morning offer a choice of hot dishes to suit every taste, as well as a buffet, drinks, coffee, toast, and croissants. The warm staff, especially manager Natalia, create a fairytale atmosphere. It's an island of serenity by the sea. We've been here before and will continue to come back for these experiences! I highly recommend it.

I adore both this hotel and their restaurant—we often go there as a family for a day just to recharge and wake up by the sea. And every time, we don't even have to wonder where to sleep—we always choose this place. It's our FAVORITE place. It's so peaceful, calm, and stylish. Just the grounds and those magical lights on the cherry blossoms are amazing. We often travel from Kaliningrad just to dine here. I can't live without their grilled salmon. And the entire staff is absolutely perfect. Overall, I'd give it 10 stars. I always recommend "12" to my friends and acquaintances with all my heart.
